Beaded delight
Casual, traditional, chic or even boho... There's nothing that beads can't pull for you.
Right from Mohenjadaro times, to the flower power of the '70s, beads have been a recurrent trend in fashion history. And now, they're back again. Beaded jewellery is taking the fashion world by storm and they're everywhere. Bags, shoes, and who can possibly forget the most obvious - beaded jewellery.
1x1 polls
Be it junk, or the classiest beads of them all, pearls, beads are making a big statement this season.
A versatile accessory, you can create a range of looks with beads. Feeling too formal? Wrap a long string of colourful beads around your wrist to make an impromptu bracelet. Your top half feeling too drab? The same string of beads can now add colour to your outfit, when hanging pretty around your neck!
Then again, if you are in a spiritual mood, a string of fake rudrakshas can make quite a statement.
Want to think out-of-the-box? Well, then you can start thinking in the bag! Convert a boring bag into self-designed chic accessory. Simply hang a small string of beads around the strap or from the zip fastening, or you could just stitch them on, or...well, the possibilities are limitless.
With something as easy to wear as beads, it is hard to go wrong (well, unless you're trying hard, really hard). So, feel free to experiment. After all, that's what fashion's all about.
